The company “13. Jul – Plantaže” participated in the fourth edition of the Herzegowine Festival in Mostar, where it presented part of its wine portfolio and held a masterclass titled “Ćemovsko Polje – Keeping Pace with Climate Change”.
Festival visitors had the opportunity to taste selected Plantaže wines, while the professional segment of the programme brought together hospitality professionals, wine experts and wine lovers interested in contemporary trends and challenges in viticulture.
The masterclass, dedicated to the impact of climate change on viticultural production and ways of adapting to modern challenges, was led by Plantaže sommelier Bojan Bracanović. Through a professionally guided tasting, he presented a carefully selected range of wines that authentically convey the character and diversity of the Ćemovsko Polje terroir — Žižak, Nota, Kratošija, Vranac Pro Corde, Vranac Reserve and Stari Podrum Cuvée Terroir.
Through the presented wines, participants had the opportunity to discover different styles and expressions of this unique wine-growing area, from fresh and elegant white wines to complex and aged red labels for which Plantaže is recognised.

The masterclass was attended by more than 30 restaurant owners, hospitality professionals and wine experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, confirming the professional public’s interest in topics that are increasingly shaping the future of viticultural and wine production.
Participation in the Herzegowine Festival was an opportunity to exchange experiences with wine professionals from the region and to present the approach through which Plantaže connects tradition, modern knowledge and long-term adaptation to the changes shaping the future of viticulture.
