Šipčanik Wine Cellar, once a military hangar, is today a place of enjoyment and flavour. Deep underground, among rows of wooden casks, every sip carries the trace of the soil, the sun and the hands that have nurtured the vine for more than six decades.
Our tasting programmes are a journey through the Montenegrin terroir, through the character of grape varieties, the aromas of the cellar, the texture of cheeses and the warmth of bread.
The Bouquet programme includes a guided tour of Šipčanik Wine Cellar accompanied by a sommelier, as well as a tasting of three wines made from indigenous varieties: Crnogorski Krstač, Crnogorska Kratošija and Vranac Pro Corde.
In addition to the wines, you will enjoy the taste of homemade bruschetta.
