The Shareholders’ Assembly is the highest corporate governance body of “13. Jul – Plantaže” AD Podgorica and consists of all shareholders of the Company, regardless of the number of shares they own.
The Shareholders’ Assembly has the exclusive right to decide on the most important matters related to the business operations and development of the Company.
The Shareholders’ Assembly convenes in regular and extraordinary sessions. A regular session is convened at least once a year, while extraordinary sessions are organised as needed.
Shareholders, their legal representatives, proxies and procurators have the right to participate in the Assembly.
