2. Subject of Sale and Services

Through the website, we offer:
  • products — wines, strong alcoholic beverages, olive oil and souvenirs
  • wine tourism services — tasting programmes, wine and food pairing programmes, premium programmes and special events.
Notes:
  • The purchase of olive oil is possible without age restriction.
  • The purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively to adults aged 18 or over, in accordance with the applicable laws of Montenegro. The Seller reserves the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
  • The Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for ordering per customer, in accordance with available stock and fair-use rules, as well as to refuse an order in case of suspected misuse.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. Products

  • Orders are placed exclusively through the electronic form on the website.
  • Ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Order processing and delivery are carried out on working days from 08:00 to 15:00.
  • All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), including VAT.
  • The delivery cost is charged upon receipt of the order. Payment is collected by the courier service, in accordance with the applicable price list.
  • Payment is possible exclusively online by payment cards — Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
  • Cash on delivery is not available.

3.2. Tasting Programmes

Applies to the following programmes: “Bouquet”, “In vino veritas”, “Snaga podneblja”.
  • Reservations are made through the online form on the website, where the User enters their first and last name, contact phone number, email address, selected date and time, number of persons and desired programme.
  • After entering the data, the User confirms the payment method, makes the online payment and receives an email confirmation with all reservation details, the location link and the contact phone number of the Wine Tourism Department.
  • If the confirmation is not received, the User should check the accuracy of the entered email address or report the issue through the contact form or by email at visit@plantaze.com.
  • All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), including VAT.
  • Payment is possible exclusively online by payment cards — MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa®.
  • Reservations are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • After payment confirmation, the reservation is considered final. Refunds are not possible in case of cancellation by the User.
  • The Seller reserves the right, in case of unforeseen circumstances, to contact the User and offer a new date or a refund of the paid amount.
  • Users are required to be at the location at the scheduled time.
  • In case of a delay longer than 15 minutes, the Seller is not obliged to carry out the visit, but will make an effort to do so in accordance with available possibilities.
  • If the visit is not carried out, a refund is not possible.

3.3. Wine and Food Pairing Programmes and Premium Programme

Applies to the following programmes: “Lesendro”, “Šipčanik”, “Medun”, “Arhiva”, and the premium programme “Riznice vina Plantaža”.
  • Reservations are made through an online availability request, after which the User receives confirmation or rejection of the request from the Wine Tourism Department.
Minimum number of persons:
  • Wine and food pairing programmes – 10 persons
  • Premium programme – 5 persons
  • Payment is made only after the reservation has been confirmed by the Seller, when the User receives payment details and instructions for online payment.
  • All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), including VAT.
  • Payment is possible exclusively online by payment cards — MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa®.
  • After payment confirmation, a refund is not possible in case of cancellation by the User.
  • The Seller reserves the right, in case of unforeseen circumstances, to offer a new date or refund the paid amount.
  • Users are required to be at the location at the scheduled time.
  • In case of a delay longer than 15 minutes, the Seller is not obliged to carry out the visit, but will make an effort to do so in accordance with available possibilities.
  • If the visit is not carried out, a refund is not possible.

4. Delivery — Products

  • For the time being, delivery is carried out exclusively within the territory of the Capital City of Podgorica.
  • Delivery time: up to 2 working days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is carried out by courier service to the entrance of the customer’s building, on all days except Sundays and during national and religious holidays.
Delivery costs:
  • up to 10 kg – €3.00
  • over 10 kg – €4.50
  • free delivery for orders over €50.00
The Buyer is required to inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any damage or defects to the delivery person immediately on site. Subsequent complaints of this type cannot be accepted by the Seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints — Products

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods and return products that are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • perishable or quickly consumable goods — alcoholic beverages and olive oil after opening.
A complaint may be submitted when:
  • the wrong product has been delivered,
  • the product has a defect or damage that did not occur during transport,
  • the product has expired.
Product photographs on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. Such differences cannot constitute grounds for complaint. Complaints are submitted via the email address [marketing@plantaze.com](mailto:marketing@plantaze.com) or through the Complaint Form. The Seller is obliged to accept a complaint even when it is not submitted using the form, provided that it contains all legally prescribed information. The Seller is obliged to respond within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The costs of return delivery in case of withdrawal are borne by the Buyer, unless the complaint is justified.

6. Refunds and Return of Goods — Products

  • The 14-day period for withdrawal is calculated from the day the Buyer received the goods.
  • In case of a complaint, the refund is made within 14 days from the day the complaint is accepted.
  • Refunds are made exclusively by electronic transaction to the Buyer’s account.
  • The Seller will not issue a refund for products that do not meet the return conditions — opened, damaged, etc.

7. Personal Data Protection

  • The Seller collects and processes only the data necessary for the execution of an order or reservation: first and last name, delivery address, contact phone number, email address and payment data.
  • The data is used exclusively for the purpose of product delivery or visit realisation, calculation and payment, and communication with the Buyer.
  • The data is not shared with third parties, except with partners involved in the execution of the purchase or visit — courier services, banks and payment systems.
  • The User has the right at any time to request information about their data, as well as correction or deletion of such data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
  • The website uses an SSL certificate — 256-bit encryption — to protect data transmission.
  • All payment card transactions are carried out through a secure payment system in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

8. Final Provisions

The Seller and the Buyer will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Podgorica shall be competent. The Seller strives to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up to date. In case of an error in the price or description of a product or programme, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order/reservation, with a full refund to the Buyer. All relations not regulated by these terms shall be governed by the applicable regulations of Montenegro.
