Montenegrin Val is a sparkling white wine produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is crystal clear, yellow-straw in color with golden reflections. It has a discreetly rounded aroma of green apple, peach, and toasted bread. Very smooth-drinking and fresh on the palate, complemented by aromas of yeast. Its persistent and pleasant bubbles make it lively and fresh in taste. Fine perlage ends in a thin and persistent foam.
