It all begins with the controlled fermentation of carefully selected Ugni Blanc grapes, known for their discreet aromatic character and ideal structure for the production of top-quality distillates. After fermentation, the resulting wine undergoes precise distillation, during which the finest fractions, rich in delicate aromatic compounds, are selectively extracted. The distillate then ages for 16 years in 350 L wooden barrels made from the finest French oak, during which it develops its characteristic golden-amber colour and rounded aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of dried plum and ripe apricot dominate, harmoniously blending with the gentle sweetness of caramel and a fine touch of vanilla, while warm spicy tones develop in the background as a result of prolonged contact with wood.
On the palate, the brandy reveals a full, rich and complex body, with exceptional softness and balance, followed by a long-lasting, fruity and mildly spicy finish.
