A unique cuvée of two grape varieties, Vranac and Petit Verdot, which have captivated us for years with their masterful character, was created from a selective harvest from less than one hectare of vineyard. Our Vranac showed its splendor at the very end of the harvest, while Petit Verdot, through selective harvesting and full ripeness, complemented the power of this cuvée.
Matte purple in color, after fermentation in oak barrels, maturation in the finest French barriques, and further aging in the bottle, it offers a refined tannic structure tailored to Vranac, beautifully accompanying its intense fruitiness, primarily ripe plum, black cherry, and blackberry. Spicy notes of licorice are woven into the finish, confirming that this is a great wine, while its structure and pleasant acidity promise longevity and further development in the bottle.
