The wine is straw yellow in color, with characteristic varietal aromas of green apple, followed by lemon zest, almond, and vanilla. It was aged for one year in the finest French oak barriques. Rounded and full-bodied on the palate, it is smooth-drinking, with a very refreshing finish marked by notes of grapefruit.
