On an area of 6,000 square metres, we produce more than 100 tonnes of California trout annually — from broodstock to market-size categories. It is therefore no surprise that today we are one of the leaders in California trout production in Montenegro.
We raise it at the Mareza fish farm, located at the site of the same name since 1957. Our greatest allies in California trout farming are decades of experience, modern technologies and environmental and safety standards.
Every stage — from roe to the final product — is carefully monitored to ensure that the end consumer receives a product of the highest possible quality.
Our company’s plans include the introduction of trout packaging and processing. This will further expand our offer and respond to the growing demands of the market.
