Characteristic of southern expressions of the variety, it leaves an impression of fullness, juiciness, and soft, velvety tannins. It is an extractive, mature, and creamy wine with smooth acidity.
In the impressive finish, discreet velvety notes of chocolate and mocha intertwine, rounding out the potential of this distinctive variety. This great wine exudes elegance, primarily thanks to its lavish aromatic structure, led by fruity notes of juicy cherry, currant, and blueberry, as well as the maturity achieved in the heart of our cellar.
