Val Suvi

Produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, from Chardonnay and the autochthonous Montenegrin grape variety Krstač, grown only in Ćemovsko Field. On the nose, it is a lively wine with dominant notes of ripe apple, pear, and white cherry. Toasted almonds and hazelnuts gently emerge in the background. Elegantly balanced, with dominant notes of apple, pear, and apricot. Fine perlage ends in a thin and persistent foam.

Bazno vino odležava u inox tankovima na finom talogu do 6 mjeseci. Nakon sekundarne fermentacije pjenušavo vino odležava na „kvascu” oko 12 mjeseci i par mjeseci nakon degožiranja, kako bi se vino harmonizovalo.
