Trade Union

The Trade Union Organisation of 13. Jul-Plantaže AD was entered into the register of trade union organisations on 8 July 1991 as an independent trade union and is the only trade union organisation within the company.

With the status of a representative trade union at the level of “13. Jul Plantaže” AD, more than 90% of employees are members of the trade union.

Mission

The basic tasks of the trade union include:

Advocating for fair remuneration for work and employee participation in profit
Improving working conditions
Ensuring safe and health-appropriate workplaces and working environments
Equal opportunities for all and the elimination of all forms of discrimination
Improving the living standards of employees
Social justice and respect for the dignity of workers

Through trade union protection and professional work, priority is given to protecting workers and strengthening their position.

The Assembly is the highest body of the Trade Union Organisation, composed of all members who delegate their representatives from different sectors, work units and payroll locations.
