PREMIJER is the selection of the best Vranac reserves from the Plantaže cellars.Dry wine, deep, purple red colour, with distinct purple reflection on the rim. Layered, complex and developed scent on black, forest berry fruit with the sweet layers of licorice and dark chocolate. On palate, it is powerful, full and jammy, prevailing flavours of blueberry, blackberry and prune. Premijer is a powerful wine of rich tannins, vibrant acids, big balance and extraction. The aftertaste is extremely long with alternating fruity and spicy flavours. Developed and rich bouquet , patina character, richness and subtlety of the flavours and aromas give a specific charm to it.

Noble, mature semi-fat cheese, prosciutto and chocolate and walnut desserts.

The best harvest in the previous twenty years (2011).Extremely favourable weather conditions in that year made possible a significantly reduced yield of the grapes and its extraordinary quality. In the grape ripening stage, the berries were dried on the grapevines. It contributed to exquisite concentration and richness of luscious flavours, polyphenolic and colloid substances which were transformed into wine by the state-of-the-art equipment. Considering the selection of the grapes, manually picked from special locations of ćemovsko polje, it is clear why this wine shows lusciousness and opulence of the varieties themselves as well as the terroir. It is the harvest that gave the best wines.
