Production and aging: It is a premium brandy, made in the small volume copper vats. It is only middle fraction(heart) of the distillate that is separated, laying down in the vats of the inert materials for 5-6 years. It is by long aging that the brandy obtains specific and longlasting varietal aromas and harmonious taste.
Aroma: : The smell of wine which is more expressed with the subsequent mild aroma of pomace.
Taste: Easy drinking, harmonious, full of warm taste
